Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking

Bookings

All bookings are made via website or Instagram DM, only confirmed once payment has been received.

Strictly no refunds.

Terms & Conditions form must be signed to proceed with rental.

All bookings must be returned by the following Monday 6PM if hired over the weekend, unless agreed otherwise.

Wantirna South drop-offs: please leave in returns box. Notify once dropped off.

Doncaster East drop-offs: please leave on hanger left of the door. Notify once dropped off.

If your event is cancelled after payment has been made, a credit note will be issued only if returned on same day.

Credit notes last 6 months. Possible reasons; postponed events, unexpected sickness etc. This must be communicated to us before the day the garment is being worn, and returned that same day via express postage or drop-off. If not returned same day it is assumed you are wearing the garment for your event, therefore a credit note will not be issued.

Once payment has gone through, the outfit cannot be swapped.

No refunds due to change of mind.

A copy of licence must be provided at time of hire, ensuring you have read and understood the T&C's.

All hires must be returned unwashed to avoid any damage from washing incorrectly, otherwise client is held responsible for damage. You will be charged if returned washed / full RRP if returned damaged due to washing incorrectly.

Please note a $10/day late fee applies which is reduced from the bond for unreturned hires (unless postage return, and the tracking number has indicated that the postage will be delayed).

Payments

We only accept direct bank transfer and payments made via website. Booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

No cash accepted.

Postage

Express postage fee is covered by the customer. $28 postage including return satchel which already has return details filled out — the garment just needs to be put in and handed over the desk at Post Office ($14 each way prepaid express postage).

If you'd like to pickup from location, then express post back to Dressed By AA to return the garment, this must be communicated at time of booking. Additionally, if posted to you and prefer to return to one of our locations, this must also be communicated at time of booking. In this instance, only one way $14 prepaid express postage satchel is charged.

Postage returns must be via express postage by Monday 4PM over the counter, along with provided tracking number.

Bond

All rentals must be returned in the same condition as received (pictures are taken before rental as reference). All outfits are inspected before rented out. Please also inspect garment before taking home.

Once returned in the same condition, your bond is returned.

If dry cleaning or repair costs are required, the amount will be taken from the bond.

If damaged beyond repair, bond will not be returned, and RRP of garment must be compensated.

Try-Ons

Bookings made via Calendly link on the top bar of website (link in bio).

No try-ons available through postage.

Please provide images of items that you are interested in trying on through DM.

Please ensure try-on and pick-up times are confirmed before arriving at appointment. We appreciate a message letting us know you have arrived.

Please ensure that make-up / fake tan is not transferred onto item when trying on. A fee may be charged if garment is ruined when trying on.

If payment has already been made, try-on booking is not available and unable to change mind upon pickup.

Important

Please understand we are a small business and we try our best to ensure all rentals are in perfect condition by inspecting and taking images before pick up / try-ons.

However, rentals have been worn multiple times therefore on a rare occasion, we may miss a stain or any damage. In the case of this please ensure you also inspect the rental at the time of pick up and notify us ASAP.

If unwearable, a credit note will be issued and it must be returned on the same day.
